The Twizzlers have come, played games, and done their first round of data collection! It's pretty amazing to watch you guys work so hard, measure your heart beat, and record your data in a spreadsheet.
Keep up the good work - and remember that when you measure your heart rate, count the beats for 15 seconds and multiply by 4 to get the total beats per minute.
For example, if you count 20 beats in 15 seconds, you have 80 BPM (20 X 4 = 80).
Check your heart rate throughout the day. When is it the fastest? The slowest?
